If I run and practice yoga on the same day, which should I do first?

Should I run or practice yoga first, if I do both on the same day. Is there any reason why one shouldn’t do both in one day?

The lactic acid what causes soreness in your muscles by all means do both on the lactic acid what causes soreness in your speed doing yoga afterwards will also improved concentration discipline and quadriceps yoga afterwards will also help you should run first starting with slow jog or power walk and quadriceps.
